Auckland Cricket Association (ACA) is currently seeking a passionate and experienced individual to fill the role of Auckland Cricket Female Pathway Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of women's cricket in the Auckland region as we build a comprehensive pathway system from grassroots to high performance.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing and implementing ACA’s regional women's cricket pathway system. As the Auckland Cricket Female Pathway Manager, you will be instrumental in creating sustainable, inclusive pathways that attract, develop, and retain female talent across all levels. Your strategic leadership will be key to ensuring seamless transitions from community cricket through to our professional Auckland HEARTS team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the GM: Performance and Talent, and Key Projects Lead to implement the ACA Women & Girls Strategy.

• Lead the development and implementation of ACA's regional female cricket pathway system in alignment with ACA and NZC strategies.

• Identify and develop female cricket talent through evidence-based performance plans and tracking systems.

• Provide coaching support and expertise to female players within the talent and pathway programs, focusing on skill-specific development.

• Build collaborative relationships with clubs, schools, NZC, and key stakeholders to strengthen the women's pathway network.

• Lead the delivery of the Women’s Legends Cup.

• Manage pathway coaches and staff while fostering a high-performance culture that promotes inclusivity and excellence.

• Support coaches by contributing to the planning and delivery of women's development camps and Auckland U17, U19 and A female programmes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-performance sport environments, strong knowledge of cricket talent identification systems and coaching, and exceptional interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
