
Cornwall Districts Cricket & Sports Association is seeking a talented and experienced Premier Woman's Coach to join our dedicated team. This is a contract role based in Greenlane Auckland, offering the opportunity to lead and develop our premier women's cricket team.
What you'll be doing
Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions to develop the skills and performance of the premier women's cricket team
Provide coaching, mentoring and support to help the team reach their full potential
Analyse match performance and provide feedback to players to support their continuous improvement
Work closely with the team manager and selectors to coordinate team selection and strategy
Attend matches and provide on-field coaching and support during games
Contribute to the overall development of women's cricket within the association
What we're looking for
Extensive experience coaching at a premier or representative level, ideally within women's cricket
Strong knowledge of cricket techniques, tactics and player development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and support players
Ability to analyse performance data and provide constructive feedback
Passionate about developing women's cricket and supporting players to reach their full potential
Relevant coaching qualifications and certifications
