The ICC Women's International Player of the year, Stafanie will bring some serious batting firepower to the Hearts this season.
She picked up the ICC accolade just a few months ago on the back of a year that included 610 runs at 76.25 from ten one day internationals, as well as 15 wickets from her offspin.
Only 20, she has already been representing her country for three years and is one of the most exciting female cricketers currently on the international stage.
An aggressive right hand top order bat Taylor will provide some real firepower for the Hearts, especially in the twenty20 form of the game where she is likely to open the batting. Her offpsin is also more than useful and will provide a very handy option for Auckland in both forms of the game.
