 Michael was named Auckland Cricketer of the Year in 2009/10 and he followed that up with another excellent season last year.
His form for the Aces in the HRV Cup was outstanding here he became the sides specialist death bowler and executed the task with seemingly nerves of steel.
And who will forget his first over in the HRV Cup final? Three wickets in six balls that put the Stags on the back foot and the Aces on the path to victory.
