Auckland Cricket is committed to producing better and more coaches by providing them with high quality support, education, guidance and recognition.
Quality coaching at all levels will ensure:
- That all players have an enjoyable and rewarding cricketing experience and are retained in the game.
- That talented players are developed to their potential.
- That champion teams are produced.
The Game Development team aims to provide high quality coaching courses, coaching conferences and resources, resulting in recruitment of new coaches and up skilling of current coaches.
