Best practice tools
Over the coming years Auckland Cricket plans to develop a number of club resources that provide practical, useful information in a range of areas.
The resources will draw upon the expertise and experience of club people - they will involve initiatives and ideas from cricket clubs in Auckland that have proved successful and in this sense can be considered best practice.
The resources are not meant to be yet another manual of generic theory and 'ideal world' rhetoric - they are a collation of sensible, practical, functional ideas for cricket clubs to pick up and run with. The first resource we have collated focuses on our game's most valuable assets - volunteers.
